It was a quiet morning inside the Brownstone.  Just perfect for morning walks, a warm cup of mocha latte...

...and something falling through a skylight at high speed.

Its not often of late Carter has left the Aerie except to impose his brand of law on his city. Much less to seek anyone else out. But that's the case today. Shayera's phone rings, with a rarely used number shown on her caller ID.

J'onn approaches Carter's aerie, knocking politely at the door.

This is going to be... difficult, to say the least.

The Tribunal has decided what it will do to him, and the others who voted. The punishment has yet to be carried out. And now J'onn must convince Carter to return to the League... solely to face punishment.

Back on Earth, catching up on what she missed while she was in a coma on the moon, Shayera calls Carter's number at the Stonechat museum. Time to check in with the original Hawks.

"Come on, Hall. I know you're there and I know you're probably screening your calls. Pick up the phone."

Hal Jordan's testimony complete, J'onn calls the next witness to the stand: Carter Hall, the man who apparently suggested the alteration to Dr. Light in the first place.

"First of all, Hawkman," J'onn asks as Carter takes his stand, "Do you have anything to add to the facts of that night as described by the other witnesses?"

Roy looks out at the audience and gives Team Arrow a salute. He then spins and runs to greet Lord Hades. There's a spring in his step and a smile on his face, but he's trying hard not to gloat. "Lord Hades, you ran a hard game," He says, extending his hand.
